Yes, I attended this great festival. If you don't know anything about this special event, let me give you this link. Quickly, MoR is 4 day festival of rock and mostly metal music. It takes place in Vizovice near Zlín, Czech Republic. It's considered to be the biggest festival in the Eastern Europe.

I was there for first time and I didn't know what to expect. I saw few photos from MoR 2006 and they showed me thousands of people, cars and tents so I wasn't too happy but I wanted to go. Actually we had reserved an accommodation in a near village Bratřejov (about 10 km) and we went by car. A tour was pretty ok because the weather was fine - not too hot. It took about 4 hours and we arrived in the evening, about one hour before our favorite bands.

~ Thursday ~
First band which we've seen were Rage. They plays good heavy metal and combined with Bulgarian philharmonic band Orchestra I must say, they didn't disappoint me.
Finntroll came after Rage. I was looking forward to them and their show a lot, black metal and wild finnish polka called 'humppa' were absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed it nevertheless some fans near us tried to dance and they poked everybody near them. But the singer of Finntroll said that we're sleeping or something like that

~ Friday ~
This day was organized very bad. Lot of boring musicians even in the evening! We got up about 11 AM and the whole afternoon and evening spent with our friends and a hookah in the camp. Actually, there was one band - Norther - which we listened a bit. But I can't make any view because I don't know them yet.

~ Saturday ~
We got up very late again - at 1 PM and slowly went to the festival. We primary waited for the evening (so hookah and friends again). In the meantime we went to listen Epica. They play interesting symphonic metal but I didn't like their show at all.
In the evening Stratovarius came first. I don't know them at all but their show was very good. In the meantime we tried to get to forward.
Children of Bodom were next and I was looking forward to them too. I heard that their show is a little bit boring but the energic melodic death metal balanced the whole impression more than twice. We got to the 18. line-up and we catched a bottle of water from the drummer so we drank it up
And at last In Extremo, the 5. line-up. I absolutely didn't know them too but their show was almost the best I've ever seen. They play medieval metal, combine electric guitar and drums with old and unusual instruments like bagpipes, harp, hurdy-gurdy and shawm. I was very surprised at their nice music and show full of highly effective pyrotechnics. This day was super!

~ Sunday ~
We were looking forward to evening again. HammerFall had a very good show and played my favourite songs. But they didn't debug their effects and flamethrowers flamed up only sometimes

And Masters of Rock ended. I very enjoyed it and I am looking forward to autumn because in Czech Republic are lots of metal bands and of course to MoR 2008. Metal forever!!!
